SOLUTION: A solar battery panel 40a or the like is provided on an upper side of the mobile telephone A1 where a dial key is arranged, three side faces among 4 side faces placed successively from the upper face, and a rear side opposite to the upper side. A solar battery panel is provided particularly on the upper face so that the battery is charged even when the mobile telephone is placed upward. Or the solar battery panel may be exposed from both sides of the mobile telephone.
