PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find abnormality when an operation according to a function is not attained by an external noise and a trouble of an internal data storage part (RAM or the like). SOLUTION: An internal data error correction-detecting part 109 is provided to encode data using an error correcting code when the data stored in the internal data storage part 106 are written, to detect an error from the coded data using the error correcting code when read out, to correct the error when the correction is possible, to read out the data stored in the internal data storage part 106 periodically by the same manner to conduct error detection and error correction using the error correcting code, and to notify an error detection portion and an error correction content from an external communication means 105 to an outside when the error detection and the correction are carried out. Coping-with such as replacement of a gas-blast circuit breaker is quickly carried out thereby in response to the informed error detection and the correction.
