PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for monitoring radio acoustic in digital portable communication network. SOLUTION: The apparatus utilizes an existing digital honeycomb mobile phone, from which keys, a screen and a vibration bell are eliminated, a high sensitivity acoustic amplifier circuit is provided in a microphone, and a DTMF decode IC is provided in an incoming line circuit. When the digital honeycomb mobile phone receives a radio wave signal, an automatic junction filter system of a CPU first enters an encryption to a called party, utilizes the DTMF decode IC within a setting time, interprets the encryption entered by the called party by using a telephone key, the system activates a high sensitivity acoustic amplifier circuit, when discriminating the encryption is correct, sound collection at a site is made to make progress, the digital honeycomb mobile phone is utilized to transmit the sound to the called party, to attain object of at site sound monitoring.
