PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary-side structure for linear pulse motor(LPM) that has a light weight and no fear of eddy currents, can be sized freely and manufactured through a simple manufacturing process, and is easily controlled in quality, and to provide a method of manufacturing the structure. SOLUTION: This secondary-side structure for LPM is constituted, by alternately laminating plural thin plate-shaped magnetic inductive sheets (11) and magnetic insulating sheets (12) upon another. Silicon steel or pure iron is used for the magnetic inductive sheets (11) and glass fibers are used for the magnetic insulating sheets (12). The sheets (11) and (12) in this laminated secondary-side structure are joined to each other by pressurization, stuck to each other with a glue-like material, or bound tight with screws.
