PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit type clip device for endoscope preventing a clip connection hook detached from a clip from falling after the operation for indwelling of a clip is performed. SOLUTION: In the unit type clip device for endoscope, an operation wire 3 to the tip of which a connection member 5 for connecting the clip connection hook 4 is attached and a ring supporting tube 7 for supporting a clip closing ring 6 at the tip are inserted and arranged inside a sheath 1 and the clip connection hook 4 is detached from the clip 2 after the clip 2 is closed by the clip closing ring 6. An adhesive agent 9 is filled inside the clip closing ring 6 and the adhesive agent 9 is extruded from the inside of the clip closing ring 6 to the connection part of the clip connection hook 4 and the connection member 5 by the operation of fitting the clip closing ring 6 to the clip 2.
