PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorptive cold/warm water machine capable of miniaturization by reducing fluid resistance of a horizontal refrigerant vapor of a plate fin intersecting with a heat transfer tube to improve heat exchange performance. SOLUTION: In an absorptive cold/warm water machine including heat transfer tubes 5 each being contained in any of a vaporizer 10, an absorber 4, a low temperature regenerator 2, and a condenser 13, and intersecting with plate fins 6 disposed vertically and passing therethrough, groove-shaped protruded and recessed uneven sections are formed in the foregoing plate fins 6 horizontally, the plate fins are disposed such that the recessed portions are opposed to each other and the protruded portions are likewise opposed, and vapor passages 102 with a wider interval and vapor passages 101 with a narrower interval are formed successively vertically between the respective plate fins.
