PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor, method and program for facilitating reprocessing, when a subsystem is abnormally finished and individual performance of the subsystem. SOLUTION: A subsystem performing part 11 sequentially executes a plurality of subsystems. Each subsystem (for example, subsystem A) is composed of three steps of storing a data file A21 to be updated by the subsystem A in a storage file A41, of performing a program A111, and of changing an update state flag of an interface file A31. The program A111 controls update operation to the data file A21, on the basis of update state flags of the interface file A31 and an interface file B32.
