PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the cleaning capability of a rotary rinser. SOLUTION: A rotary valve 26 is composed of a fixed side plate 32, a middle plate (a distributor) 30 and a rotary plate 28 which slides over the lower face of the middle plate 30 attached to a rotator 12. Cleaning water supplied in the fixed side plate is fed to a nozzle 22 through a discharge passage 28a internally formed in the rotary plate 28 and jetted into a container 20. An opening of a supply passage formed in the middle plate 30 is constituted of a wide and arc-shaped through hole 30a opened in the radial direction, an arc-shaped recessed groove (a connecting path) 30 connected to the through hole 30a and a hole with a smaller diameter 30c formed in the recessed groove 30. When the discharge passage 28a formed in the rotary plate 28 coincides with the opening of the intermediate plate 30, the cleaning water is ejected from the nozzle 22. A cleaning water channel is throttled by the recessed groove 30 and the hole 30c to came a pressure loss. Thus the cleaning operation is carried out at a low pressure.
