PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic composition having excellent gloss and limited in oozing of the fat phase therefrom and migration of it to the wrinkles and small wrinkles after applied to the skin or lip. SOLUTION: This cosmetic composition, which is constituted by a combination of a gelatinizer of a specified polymer with solid particles having hydrophobic surface, includes a liquid fat phase comprising at least one silicone oil; wherein the liquid fat phase, the polymer and the solid particles forms a physiologically acceptable medium.
