PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus which are improved to automatize packaging of a reeled coil. SOLUTION: The method and the apparatus are provided for winding a reeled coil of a fiber material and packaging it in a container including a radial opening in a coil and a dispensing pipe (92) for automatically dispensing the reeled coil through an opening provided in the container holding the dispensing pipe and brought into agreement with a position of the radial opening. The reeled coil of the fiber material is automatically stored in the reeled coil having the radial opening for receiving the dispensing pipe, and the coiled fiber material is recovered through the radial opening and the opening in the container, which is brought into agreement with the position of the radial opening.
