PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductive endless belt having little fluctuation of the resistance in which a conducting agent to be added to the resin layer of the resin film belt is modified, and to provide an image forming device equipped with the above semiconductive endless belt. SOLUTION: When the semiconductive endless belt is manufactured, a conducting agent preliminarily coated with a resin with addition of ions is used as the conducting agent to be added to the resin layer constituting the belt so that the manufactured semiconductive endless belt has little fluctuation in the resistance and stable resistance. The semiconductive endless belt is attached to an image forming device by a tandem method, intermediate transfer method or tandem intermediate transfer method.
