PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transfer device which easily transfers data to a server and to provide a data transfer program. SOLUTION: The data transfer program causes a computer to perform a referring procedure S125 for referring the server for accumulation possible data quantity and a judging procedure S135 for comparing a size relation between the quantity of data being the object of transfer and data quantity which can be accumulated in the server and judging whether or not data being the object of transfer is to be transferred to the server in accordance with the size relation between the quantity of data being the object of transfer and data quantity which can be accumulated in the server.
