PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head brush which enables promotion of generating and raising hair. SOLUTION: This head brush is prevented from entangling remained hair without dehairing in hair washing. When the brush is used, generating and raising hair is promoted by degreasing and massaging effect on the scalp to dissolve thin hair.
