PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device for a vehicle capable of effectively cooling an apparatus, that makes it possible to cut production cost by reducing number of components, and that can be made compact. SOLUTION: The cooling device 1 for a vehicle, mounted on the vehicle 2 provided with a rear-wheel driving system powered by an electric motor 5, comprises a circulating cooling oil path 10 containing an oil for cooling the motor 5 and PDU 9a; an oil pump 11 that circulates the oil in the path 10 by being driven by the rear-wheel driving system 6; an air-cooling oil cooler 13 that cools the oil in the path 10; and a fan 14 that cools the cooler 13 by being driven by the motor 5 and thereby blowing air to the cooler 13. |
