摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raw material supply device 11 which can prevent a raw material 21 from falling from a raw material discharge opening 28 in the case of a standby state. SOLUTION: A raw material container 22 is provided with a raw material storage part 24 which stores the raw material 21 and a screw arrangement part 28 where a screw body 34 is rotatably arranged below the raw material storage part 24. The raw material discharge opening 28 is provided at one end of the screw arrangement part 25 and a space part 31 is provided at the other end of the screw arrangement part 25. The screw body 34 is rotated in one direction to push the raw material 21 out of the raw material discharge opening 28 and supply it. The screw body 34 is reversed to reversely send the raw material 21 to the opposite side from the raw material discharge opening 28 and the reversely fed raw material 21 is received in a space part 31 of the screw arrangement part 25, thus permitting the raw material 21 to be fed reversely. After the raw material is supplied, the screw body 34 is rotated in the other direction and the raw material is put back into the screw arrangement part 25 from the raw material discharge opening 28, thereby preventing the raw material 21 from falling from the raw material discharge opening 28 in the standby mode.
