PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable adapting to a floor body having a step without requiring any special operation. SOLUTION: A guide rail 12 is formed as a long rail having a stepped portion made by continuing a curved surface and a tilting surface between an upper step portion and a lower step portion. A runner 14 is divided and regulated into a front portion side 14-f and a rear portion side 14-r. Either one of them is journalled to a seat riser 32 so as to freely swing in a vertical direction as a slide element provided on a supporting base 26, and the other is formed as a discrete wheel-shaped roller 24 rotatably coupled and supported to the seat riser 32.
