PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fire extinguishing facility system which is free from the risk of freezing also in a cold district by preventing water from reaching inside of piping for feeding water to a sprinkler head when atmospheric temperature is not higher than 0 deg.C in the case of automatic check. SOLUTION: When monitoring, a secondary piping 8 for feeding water to the sprinkler head 30 is not charged with water to be dry. In the case of checking automatically and regularly, a communication means 44 accesses a weather data site 46 via the Internet 45 to retrieve and read the current lowest ambient temperature at a facility district and sends the lowest ambient temperature data to a control part 41. The control part 41 compares the current lowest ambient temperature data with an ambient temperature of 0 deg.C set in advance. When the lowest ambient temperature data is not lower than 0 deg.C, an automatic checking mode is performed. When the lowest ambient temperature data is not higher than 0 deg.C, the automatic checking mode is set aside to prevent water from flowing into the secondary piping 8.
