PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in a technology which can reduce a torque ripple by axially connecting two types of rotors having magnetic barrier positions dislocated from each other, but requires two types of rotor boards and makes the cost increased. SOLUTION: Positions of flux barriers 5a of two types of rotor blocks 6 and 7 are dislocated from each other by a half of a period of a torque ripple. A first positioning means 8 is provided on a reference lineαin the diametric direction along a d-axis on a rotor board 4. A second positioning means 9 is provided on a line in the diametric directionγdislocated from the directionβperpendicular to the reference lineαby a half of the period of the torque ripple, and on a circleδconcentric with the first positioning means 8 on the rotor board 4. Two types of rotor blocks 6 and 7 comprise layered same shape rotor boards 4. The other rotor block 7 is turned over and put onto the rotor block 6 and joined with it in the axial direction. As the same shape rotor boards 4 are layered to form the two types of the rotor blocks 6 and 7, the cost of a reluctance motor can be reduced.
