PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture shooting-practice device which creates a more realistic effect. SOLUTION: Positional data about a gunner on a picture 2 for shooting practice is stored in a storage medium 13 of the device for every picture frame, and determine the coordinates of the gunner with a rifle at the ready on the picture. A plurality of firing devices 4 of simulated bullets are separately arranged around a target screen 9. When counterattack is made from the target, a simulated bullet is shot from a firing device 4 located nearest to the gunner's position on the screen 9 on the basis of gunner's coordinates on the screen.
