SOLUTION: Access to a file on a self information terminal is detected by a hack detection sensor unit 14, the user ID and the fine name are acquired by a sensor information input unit 15, and any illegal access is determined by an illegal access determination unit 16 based on the determination information data 13 input by an illegal access determination information input unit 11. When any illegal access is determined, the illegally accessed file is replaced by a trace agent file formed so as to collect the trace information by a trace agent file replacement unit 19, and the trace information of a threat information terminal 2 is collected by this trace agent file.
