PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency information notifying system that can enhance the first-aide and lifesaving effect even in case of a heavy accident disabling a driver of an automobile causing the trouble to make response to a call such as an inquiry about accident state from an emergency notifying center. SOLUTION: The emergency notifying apparatus of a moving object has image pickup devices 1429, 1430 for picking up a part of the moving object and surroundings thereon, a shock sensor 1401 for detecting a shock applied to the moving object 1433, and a video recording apparatus for recording and storing signals before and after the shock detection depending on the detected result, and the apparatus transmits the stored video signals to the first-aide notifying center.
