PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a three dimensional shape data showing a three dimensional shape of high quality at a low cost. SOLUTION: When generating a three dimensional data showing a three dimensional shape of a head part of a human based on a two dimensional image data showing the head part of the human, this method is provided with a first step for converting predetermined information of the two dimensional image data to height information of the three dimensional shape data, a second step for generating a region of a nose part of a face of the human shown by the two dimensional image data based on a position of a designated eye part of a head part of the human shown by the two dimensional image data, and a third step for giving a predetermined height to the height information of the three dimensional shape data corresponding to the region of the nose part of the face of the human generated by the second step and shown by the two dimensional image data so that the height information corresponding to a tip of the nose of the face of the human shown by the two dimensional image data is the highest.
