PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus mounted to an aircraft for performing air triangulation accurately with a small number of reference points, and to provide an aircraft imaging data processing apparatus. SOLUTION: In the imaging apparatus mounted to an aircraft, an image acquired by line sensors 10B, 10N, and 10F and position and attitude information in a camera 10 obtained from a gyro 11, an INS apparatus 15, and a GPS receiver 16 are recorded in a recording means 141 in a pair. In the imaging apparatus mounted to an aircraft, the image of a reference point where spatial position information is stored in a storage means 142 is detected by an image processing section 131. A position/attitude judgment section 132 obtains parameters in the error model of the position/attitude information in a camera 10 so that the deviation between the actual spatial position and image of the reference point and an observation position obtained from the position/attitude information in the camera 1 becomes small, thus correcting the position/attitude information in the camera 10 by the model.
