PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for automatically ordering ink or ink ribbon of a facsimile machine. SOLUTION: The facsimile machine automatically detects the amount of ink consumed and a makes a call to a center to transmit ink ordering data and information identifying the facsimile machine to the center, the center specifies an orderer and the order amount and arranges the delivery.
