PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a short on-glass antenna, by which an occupied area on a glass pane can be decreased. SOLUTION: This on-glass antenna has a glass pane 1, an antenna conductor 2 and a high dielectric 3 for integrally bonding this antenna conductor 2 to the glass pane 1. This high dielectric 3 is composed of a glass component and a dielectric component. When a radio wave passes the high dielectric, the wavelength thereof is shortened. Such a shortened radio wave is received by the antenna conductor 2. Therefore, the antenna conductor 2 can be shortened in comparison with the case of using no high dielectric 3.
