PURPOSE: An apparatus for bending arc shaped band blade is provided to maximize productivity by continuously transferring and bending the band blade as constantly maintaining radius of curvature of the arc shaped band blade. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for bending arc shaped band blade comprising a transfer unit(100) for transferring an arc shaped band blade that is curved widthwise to have a certain radius of curvature along arc of the blade, and a bending unit for bending the band blade, the apparatus for bending arc shaped band blade is characterized in that the transfer unit comprises first and second holding means(130a,130b) for holding the band blade; a rotation means(150) for rotating the first and second holding means along the arc of the band blade; and a control means for controlling the first and second holding means so that the other holding means is released from the holding state while any one holding means of the first and second holding means is being rotated by holding the band blade, wherein the rotation means(150) comprises an inner rack(151a) on the outer surface of which a tooth form is formed; an outer rack(151b) on the inner surface of which a tooth form is formed; a pinion gear(153) engaged with the inner and outer racks between the inner and outer racks; and a motor(155) for rotating the pinion gear forwardly and reversely, and the inner and outer racks(151a,151b) have the same center as the center of radius of curvature of the band blade.
