PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spacer which is high in maintainable performance for assembly, includes cushion function and restrains thermal conduction between objects. SOLUTION: The spacer inserted in a connection part between the objects is provided with an approximately tubular post part 1, a flange part 2 extending from one end face of the post part toward outward direction, a bottom plate part 3 substantially closing other end face of the post part, and a protuberance part 4 protruding from the bottom plate part in connecting direction.
