<p>Imidazoline derivatives (I) are new. Imidazoline derivatives of formula (I) and their acid or base addition salts are new. R<9>-R<12> = H, 1-6C alkyl, 1-6C alkoxy, OH, 1-6C polyhalogenoalkyl, cyano, nitro, amino, 1-6C alkylamino, di-1-6C alkyl amino, thioalkyl, 1-6C sulfonylalkyl, 1-6C sulfinylalkyl, carboxy, alkoxycarbonyl, 1-6C alkylcarbonyloxy, formyl, carbamoyl, carboxamide, phenyl, benzyl or halo; B' = a group of formula (i) or (ii); X = CR<6>, CR<6>R<7>, N, NR<8>, O, S, SO or SO2; Z = C or CR<4>; R<4>, R<6>, R<7> = H or 1-6C alkyl; R<5>, R<8> = H, 1-6C alkyl or benzyl; Y' = CH, CH2 or a bond; R<1>-R<3> = H or 1-6C alkyl; or R<2> and R<4> or R<1> and R<4> = form a cyclopropane; and a, b = single or double bonds. Independent claims are also included for: (1) the preparation of (I); and (2) pharmaceutical compositions comprising at least one compound (I).</p> |
