PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition excellent in flowability and giving a molded article improved in tracking resistance, toughness and impact resistance. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises 100 pts.-mass of a thermoplastic polyester resin (A) and, incorporated therewith, 0.1-30 pts. mass of a polyterafluoroethylene-containing graft copolymer (B) comprising a polytetrafluoroethylene (b1) having a particle size of 10μm or less and a polyorganosiloxane-based graft copolymer (b2) obtained by graft polymerizing a vinyl monomer comprising at least one epoxy group-containing vinyl monomer onto a composite rubber comprising a polyorganosiloxane rubber and a polyalkyl(meth)acrylate rubber.
