PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous solid cosmetic which gives a fresh feeling of use, has smoothness when applied, gives excellent finish gloss, can give a low melt viscosity, and thereby has excellent charging formability. SOLUTION: An aqueous solid cosmetic contains the following components (a) to (c). (a) Collapsible spherical boron nitride particles consisting essentially of plate-like boron nitride having an average plate diameter of 1 to 20μm and an inorganic powdery substance having an average particle diameter of 0.01 to 0.5μm. (b) Agar and (c) Water.
