PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet for optical-fiber wiring, good in heat resistance, transparency and flexibility, and also having few troubles with regard to optical-fiber wiring, or the like, when producing an optical-fiber wiring sheet. SOLUTION: The adhesive sheet for optical-fiber wiring has an adhesive layer formed on a fluorine base base sheet, wherein an optical transmittance of the sheet is 75% or above.
