PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinyl chloride-based resin composition that is highly excellent in weather resistance and impact resistance. SOLUTION: The vinyl chloride-based resin composition comprises (A) 2-30 pts.wt. graft copolymer produced by polymerizing 5-30 pts. wt. graft monomer component comprising 92-100 wt.% methyl methacrylate and 0-8 wt.% one or more monomers selected from the group consisting of a 2-8C alkyl methacrylate, a 1-8C alkyl acrylate, an unsaturated nitrile and an aromatic vinyl compound in the presence of 70-95 pts.wt. crosslinked acrylic rubber polymer comprising 82-95 wt.% butyl acrylate, 5-18 wt.% 8-12C alkyl acrylate and 0.2-0.8 wt.% multifunctional monomer and (B) 100 pts.wt. vinyl chloride-based resin.
