PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle fueling apparatus, fuel filling equipment and a fuel filling system which can simplify a connecting operation between a vehicle and the fuel filling equipment when filling a fuel to improve working efficiency. SOLUTION: A filling pipe 10 equipped with a cut-off valve 11 midway is extended between a fuel receptacle 9 and a container main valve 4 of the vehicle fueling apparatus 2. The fuel receptacle 9 comprises an electric signal connector 13 integrated to transmit a grounding signal and a state signal to hydrogen filling equipment 31. A grounding line 14 and a state signal line 15 are connected from the electric signal connector 13 to a controller 16 which serves as a control section. The hydrogen filling equipment 31 includes a fueling line 32 comprising a filling pipe 35, a grounding line 39 and a state signal line 40 integrated, and is equipped at its tip with an electric signal connector 41 integrated with a filling nozzle 33.
