PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support an information providing service between a user or client and an operator and to make the support simpler and smoother by offering convenience to both the user or client and the operator. SOLUTION: When command mail is received in an electronic mail transmitting/receiving part 31, an s-memo code described in a field for a title is read by an s-memo code and attached file extracting part 32 and, while referring to the correspondence table in an s-memo code operation correspondence table storage part 34 in an operating program determining part 33, an operating program corresponding to s-memo is determined. Then, the program is run by an operating program running part 35, status mail is prepared in an operated result reply message preparing part 37, and the status mail is returned through the electronic mail transmitting/receiving part 31 to the operator.
