PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To economically provide a fiber guide that has no boundary between a ferrule and its outer circumferential cylinder and that has improved thermal shock resistance and water resistance. SOLUTION: The fiber guide is composed of a ferrule 20 having a hole 21 for putting an optical fiber through, an outer circumferential cylinder 22 for surrounding the ferrule 20 in the outer circumference for the purpose of fixedly supporting the ferrule 20 at a prescribed position, and a connecting fixing part 23 for fixedly connecting the outer circumferential cylinder 22 to an external apparatus. The ferrule 20, the outer circumferential cylinder 22, and the connecting fixing part 23 are integrally formed with the same resin material.
