摘要 PURPOSE: A conductive polymer capacitor having a hybrid electrolytic structure is provided to improve the capacitor performance characteristic by making the electrolyte film formed on the surface of the aluminum foil for the conductive polymer capacitor form the hybrid electrolytic structure. CONSTITUTION: A dielectric layer(52) is formed on the surface of an anode aluminum foil(50). A conductive polymer layer(54) is formed on the surface of the dielectric layer(52) by way of the chemical polymerization. The aluminum foil(50) overlaid with the dielectric layer(52) and the conductive polymer layer(54) is inserted into a condenser can with other capacitor components(70,80). A liquid electrolyte solution(60) is injected into the condenser can, and the condenser can is sealed. The liquid electrolyte solution(60) is prepared by mixing ethylene glycol and ammonium salt, or dimethyl formamide and ammonium salt.
