PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubrication device used for automatically controlling oil supply but for determining the acceptability (stability of delivered oil amount) of atomization performance of an atomization mechanism part. SOLUTION: This fog lubrication device comprises a pressurized oil tank 1 and a supplementary oil tank 2 in fog lubrication, oil level detection means 3 and 3 for detecting oil levels, a constant oil feeding means 4 for feeding the constant amount of oil from the supplementary oil tank 2 to the pressurized oil tank, a lower signal transmission means (not shown) for transmitting an atomized oil amount lower signal, and an oil amount increase transmission means (not shown) for transmitting the atomized oil amount increase signal. As the oil level detection means 3 and 3, level switches of float type and electrostatic capacity type (electrode type), for example, can be listed.
