PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a part can not be arranged on a ceiling portion of a fan guide because cooling air does not reach it to leave it hot. SOLUTION: A microwave oven comprises an electrical chamber 12 adjacent to a heating chamber 7, a magnetron 8 disposed in the electrical chamber 12 to supply a microwave into the heating chamber 7 and heat food, a cooling fan 10 for supplying cooling air to the magnetron 8 to cool it, and a fan guide 11 for covering a peripheral region of the cooling fan 10 to collect the cooling air in the magnetron direction. The fan guide 11 comprises a ceiling portion 14 having an electrical part mounting portion, a first guide portion 13 for collecting the cooling air in the magnetron direction, and a second guide portion 15 for changing the wind direction of part of the cooling air collected in the magnetron direction by the first guide portion 13 toward the ceiling portion 14.
