PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antitheft device for a construction machine capable of blocking pilot piping or main piping when a construction machine is slanted beyond a predetermined angle and making handling and operation of the construction machine such as a power shovel or the like null and void. SOLUTION: A hydraulic circuit of the construction machine comprises a main pump rotatably installing an upper rotating body on a lower travelling body, an actuator driven by pressured oil from the main pump, a directional selector valve controlling a direction of pressured oil supplied to the actuator, and a pilot valve leading pilot pressured oil of a pilot pump in a pilot controlling portion of the directional selector valve. An electromagnetic selector valve is arranged between the pilot piping and main piping, and an angle detecting means is arranged at a construction machine body. The angle detecting means and a solenoid control portion of the electromagnetic selector valve are connected together via a controller, and supply of the pilot pressured oil to the pilot controlling portion of the directional selector valve is blocked by switching the electromagnetic selector valve when the construction machine body is slanted beyond the predetermined angle, and travelling of the construction machine becomes impossible.
