PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing film cartridge plate which has improved durability and can be simplified by adopting an eccentric cam member in place of a groove cam used for the motive force mechanism of the manufacturing apparatus. SOLUTION: In the apparatus 10 for manufacturing film cartridge plate, an acute-angle bending station is divided into a first processing part for bending the other end of a sheet metal 30 at 90 deg. and a second processing part for bending the other end bent at 90 deg. by the first working part into an acutely-angled form, and the first processing part and the second processing part are each linked through eccentric cams 132 and 134 to a rotation axis 154.
