PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind direction adjusting device which can easily switch between a normal mode for adjusting the wind direction of parallel wind and a wind direction characteristic mode for concentrating or diffusing air. SOLUTION: The normal mode which adjusts the wind direction of the parallel wind blown out of an air outlet by rotating a plurality of blades 3 in parallel to each other and the wind direction characteristic mode which diffuses or concentrates the air blown out of the air outlet by each of the blades 3 are provided, the normal mode and the wind direction characteristic mode are made switchable by a mode switching means 6, and each of the blades 3 is rotated by an operation knob 13 at the wind direction characteristic mode so that the parallel wind and the diffused or concentrated wind can be blown out of the air outlet at the same time so as to simplify operation to locally concentrate a part of the air blown out of the air outlet by rotating the each of the blades 3 by the operation knob 3 at the wind direction characteristic mode and to diffuse the remainder to a wider range.
