PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk having an electronic circuit and excellent in an appearance in which problems such as the disruption of a mechanical strength balance and mechanical strength reduction are solved. SOLUTION: The electronic circuit including a plurality of electronic parts is provided in a blank part 13 except a portion corresponding to a main information recording region in an optical disk substrate having a center hole 11. A plurality of non-mounting regions 31 to 39 where electronic parts are not mounted are set in the blank part in the radial direction of the optical disk substrate in advance. The plurality of electronic parts are mounted on the regions other than the non-mounting regions of the blank part 13 except for wiring to connect the electronic parts with each other.
