发明名称 METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LITHIUM ION SECONDARY BATTERY
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium ion secondary battery not generating any shortcircuiting even if its separator is constructed thin, and having a high capac ity and an excellent load characteristic. SOLUTION: The lithium ion secondary battery is manufactured using as separator a porous film having a thickness of 5-16 μm, in which the separator is coated or impregnated with a polymer gel material admitting a chemical bridging process, followed by drying, and the resultant is laminated or wound round together with a positive electrode and negative electrode so that an electrode is formed, and an electrolytic solution in which a hardening agent for the polymer gel material is dissolved and the electrode are accommodated inside an armouring and sealed, and the polymer gel material and hardening agent are put in reaction so that the intended polymer gel electrolyte is completed.
