PURPOSE: A device for fixing a video camera is provided to fix and keep the video camera correctly and stably regardless of a shape and thickness of a monitor and to correctly and easily adjust a picturing angle of the video camera. CONSTITUTION: A supporter(10) is placed on an upper surface of the monitor in case that an area of the upper surface is wide or thick, and is fixed on one side of the monitor like a grip in case that the thickness of the installation surface is narrow. A holder(28) is forcibly and rotatively joined to the supporter(10). A mount is placed on the holder(28) in order to adjust the angle 3-dimensionally and is equipped with the camera. The supporter(10) comprises the first supporting part(12) supported to one position of the upper surface when the camera is placed to the upper surface of the monitor and supported to the front surface of the monitor when the camera is fixed in a grip method, and the second supporting part fixed to one end of the first supporting part(12) by a flexible fixing part, supported to other one position of the upper surface when the camera is placed to the upper surface of the monitor and supported to the rear surface of the monitor when the camera is fixed in the grip method.
