PURPOSE: A sprayed fiber filter media having an inner part forming activating material is provided, a method for forming a micro fiber filter media having a layered activating material is provided, and a filter media formed of an activating material and fabricated economically is provided. CONSTITUTION: The filter media comprises multiple superposition layers formed of fiber forming material; and an activating material applied over the layers, wherein the superposition layers are fused to each other. The method comprises the steps of supplying a liquid base material(12); forming multiple mixed extended strands; forming a filter media by winding the strands on mandrel(20) by superposition self adhesion; changing a direction of the strands from the nozzle(18) to a lateral side for a strand moving direction at a position between nozzle and mandrel; and depositing an activating material(14) on the strands between the position and mandrel. The method for fabricating a filter unit comprises the steps of supplying a liquid base material; forming the base material into a plural mixed extended strands through nozzle by air flow; forming a filter media by winding the strands on mandrel by superposition self adhesion; cutting off the air flow as soon as the strands come out of the nozzle at a position between the nozzle and mandrel; and piling up an activating material on the strands between the position and mandrel.
