PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric antenna module which is short in height when mounted, hardly causes interference between electromagnetic components of an antenna element and a module substrate and has small loss of an electric signal. SOLUTION: The antenna module has an antenna part and a signal processing circuit part on one dielectric substrate and is characterized in that a gap part is provided between the antenna part and signal processing circuit part and a ground electrode is formed on an end surface in contact with the gap part at the periphery of the gap part. Further, a through hole which has the ground electrode formed on its internal surface is provided at the periphery of the gap part.
