PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for providing extracurricular study of a room study method are provided to give an extra-curriculum lecture to a student by using telephonic communication method or an internet method to connect a tutor room with a student room. CONSTITUTION: A tutor communication portion including a microphone(10) and a speaker(12) is installed at a tutor room(100). A student communication portion is installed at a student room(200). A telephone line(300) or internet is used for connecting the tutor room with the student room. A transmission/reception cord line is connected with a telephone jack, a transmission terminal, and a reception terminal. An amplifier(130) is connected with the reception terminal of the student communication portion in order to amplify a voice signal transmitted from the tutor room. A speaker(140) is used for outputting the amplified voice signal. A microphone(110,120) is connected with the transmission terminal of the student communication portion in order to input the student's voice signal.
