PURPOSE: Provided is a retracting apparatus for correction of the vertebra by bending a human body in a lying position in a specific direction to stationarily relax a specific part of the body or kinetically relax or contract a specific part of the body. CONSTITUTION: The retracting apparatus includes a base; a supporting device fixed vertically on the base; a fixing device inclined toward the front of the middle of the supporting device; head sheets disposed at the front of the fixing device parallel to the fixing device and comprising a pair of right and left sheets supported on the fixing device by the supporting device; an upper body sheet coupled by the fixing device at the rear of the head sheets and supported on the fixing device by the supporting device; a driving device installed at the base; and a lower body sheet coupled by a hinge on the upper end of the supporting device at the rear of the supporting device and supported by the supporting device moving upward and downward by the driving device.
