METHOD OF MANUFACTURING HEAT SPREADER

PURPOSE: A method is provided to be capable of effectively manufacturing a wick structure in a spreader when manufacturing a pipe-type heat spreader. CONSTITUTION: A heat spreader manufacturing method comprises a step of forming a wick structure on a thin film using a process of manufacturing electrolysis copper foils, a step of inserting a structure(10) between upper and lower thin films(11,12) so as to form a predetermined space(9), a step of making an inner part of an edge part of the thin films become vacuous, a step of sealing a resultant structure excepting a part for injecting a work fluid, a step of injecting a work fluid after making an inner part vacuous, and a step of sealing a work fluid injection hole.
