PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct a tire replacing work without removing a transmitter for a tire pneumatic pressure warning device. SOLUTION: The casing structure of the transmitter 1 for the tire pneumatic pressure warning device comprises a pressure sensor for sensing the tire pneumatic pressure, a signal processing circuit, an electronic board, a battery and the like contained in a rectangular casing 2, a tire valve 3 protruding rearward and integrally provided at the upper part of the casing 2. In the structure, the forward corner part of the casing 2 is formed in an R shape, the wall surface 2a of the corner part is formed with a skirt part 10 with a taper angleθ<SB>2</SB>=65 to 75°, and the part between both ends of the skirt part 10 and the wall surface 2a is formed of a suitable curve of R shape from the upper surface of the casing toward the bottom.
